PLEASE COME WITH DETANGLED HAIR… We have a variety to choose from.. - Traditional ponytail ( all back bun) - Ponytail with bangs (side swoop, 2 bangs etc) - Half up/Half down ponytail install - Frontal ponytail (13 x 4 or 13 x 6 + 1 bundle of extensions) Please come with your extensions (2 -3 bundles is deal). If you would like to use ours, please order your hair via the website at least a week before your appointment. You get 10% off booking fee when using JB hair. Service Includes - Detox + Repair + Hydrating wash - Repair treatment cocktail - Steam therapy - Leave in treatment - Trim add-on (extra fee $15) - Sleek install (requires a silk press but gel smoothing is available also) When booking please pick the option that best suits your needs. Time frame is adjusted based on hair density and style.
Cancel booking or class 48hrs before set date
For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs we charge 50% of the service total. Less than 12hrs before your session, No shows and missed appointments are subject to a 100% non-refundable fee (the full service charge). You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without contacting us first. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please login into your profile/member page to make desired changes. If you are unable to reschedule on the website, send us an email immediately. We kindly urge you to cancel or reschedule way in advance to avoid charges to your card.
