Service Description
Pick the best package suitable for you. Price starts at $250, Any protective style such as twists, is an extra $80 for medium sized twists. Simple cornrows starts at $15 for 6, price increases up to 12 cornrows If you choose colour for your natural hair service, this fee only applies to 1 step colour application. If we have to pre lighten your hair the fee starts from $80 depending on length and density. Hair Care Package breakdown; PREMIUM PACKAGE Deep cleansing wash Scalp massage /treatment Protein treatment 15 mins steam treatment Hair trim 1 natural hair style of choice (silk press, 1 step colour/gloss , roots relaxer or cut) ULTIMATE PACKAGE Deep cleansing wash Scalp treatment & massage Olaplex hair treatment 15 mins steam treatment leave-in treatment Hair trim Any wig/weave install of choice Any styling of choice EXTENSIVE PACKAGE Deep cleansing wash Scalp treatment & massage Olaplex hair treatment + protein 15 mins steam treatment leave-in treatment Hair trim Any wig/weave install of choice A wig revamp service Please note that time frame is adjusted accordingly based on the pacakage of choice. LATE FEES (Applies to all appointments) 10 mins grace period $10 for 15 mins $30 for 30 mins Cancellation after 30 mins and you would be rescheduled to the next availability with a full service fee charged to your charged (as a no show/missed appointment)
Cancel booking or class 48hrs before set date
For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs we charge 50% of the service total. Less than 12hrs before your session, No shows and missed appointments are subject to a 100% non-refundable fee (the full service charge). You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without contacting us first. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please login into your profile/member page to make desired changes. If you are unable to reschedule on the website, send us an email immediately. We kindly urge you to cancel or reschedule way in advance to avoid charges to your card.
