NO GUESTS ALLOWED, none at all please. ONLY HD lace or Transparent lace. NO Brown Lace or T wig Lace. ATTN: Please drop off wig at least 3 days before your appointment for customization. If this is done on the day of appointment ,it’s extra $30 for more time & extra work. SERVICE INCLUDES: - Closure wig install ( Wigs made by JB get $10% off) Pre-made wigs are welcomed. - leave -in treatment - Braid down hair - Bald cap method if applicable - Glue application - lasts up to 2-4 weeks with proper care - Hairline customisation - Please no cut lace , except previously done by JB - Desired styling (Bone Straight , Body wave, Deep wave curls at no extra charge) - Styling: Bob Cut $20 (Note; if you are bringing in any wig make sure it's washed with no products or residue on the lace. Make sure the wig is in good condition. APPOINTMENTS: - Due to health care practices, many precautions have been put in place during your appointment to create a safe environment. - You MUST wear a mask at all times to your appointment and wash your hands upon arrival if you are sick, coughing, sneezing, runny nose etc. - If you have a high temperature , your appointment would be cancelled. - I will also sanitize all the equipment that I use, wipe down chairs and surfaces and be wearing a mask. - NO GUESTS ALLOWED! HAIR: Please come with detangled hair. LATE FEES (Applies to all appointments)- 10 minutes grace period $10 for 15 mins $30 for 30 mins Cancellation after 30 mins and you would be rescheduled to the next availability with a full service fee charged to your charged (as a no show/missed appointment)
Cancel booking or class 48hrs before set date
For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs we charge 50% of the service total. Less than 12hrs before your session, No shows and missed appointments are subject to a 100% non-refundable fee (the full service charge). You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without contacting us first. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please login into your profile/member page to make desired changes. If you are unable to reschedule on the website, send us an email immediately. We kindly urge you to cancel or reschedule way in advance to avoid charges to your card.
