Note: Please do not send in a bad lace frontal as we would not be able to work with it. If you need a consultation, kindly send us an email prior to sending in your unit.
Frontal Replacement
Processing time is 8 business days. Allow 2-5 business days after production time for domestic shipping and 6-10 business days for international shipping. Clients will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. JoBelle will not be held liable for any lost or stolen package.
Please ensure you insert the accurate shipping address. In the event of a delay or missing package, you are advised to contact your local post office immediately.
As this is a custom made wig, created using your exact specifications, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
