Note: Please do not send in a bad lace closure as we would not be able to work with it. If you need a consultation, kindly send us an email prior to sending in your unit.
To drop off, please book a time slot. A drop off link will be sent once your order is placed. This is to ensure that we receive your wig at the right address.
To ship, please send to address on your order confirmation email.
Closure Replacement
Processing time is 8 business days. Allow 2-5 business days after production time for domestic shipping and 6-10 business days for international shipping. Clients will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. JoBelle will not be held liable for any lost or stolen package.
Please ensure you insert the accurate shipping address. In the event of a delay or missing package, you are advised to contact your local post office immediately.
As this is a custom made wig, created using your exact specifications, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
